Outdoor escape game in English · Trutnov, Czech Republic
An escape game played in real streets, in English from the first stop to the last. The clues sit on façades, in the cobbles and on statues that people have walked past for a century. Bring a phone and the habit of looking twice.
Every escape game is an original, written for one specific city — its streets, coats of arms and legends.

Coming soon
We are building this game right now. You cannot buy a code yet — but you can be the first to hear about the launch.
Pay now, walk out in a few minutes. No guide, no locked room — just you and the town.
One payment covers the whole team, not each head. Want to go right now? Go. Planning ahead? Pick a day at checkout.
By e-mail, within a minute of paying. Nothing to install — the game runs in the browser of the phone already in your pocket.
Every player brings their own phone, four at most. Anyone without one — younger kids, usually — solves alongside somebody else. In the lobby you split the roles and open the backpack of tools.
Your two hours begin at that moment. Written directions walk you from stop to stop, and each player types their own answer. Stuck? The first hint unlocks after a minute.
We are three people born in Trutnov. We grew up a few streets from the square, and for years it bothered us how little we knew about the town we walk through every day.
So we spent a year in the archives and on the pavements and wrote the game we would want to play ourselves. We tested the ciphers on our own children and on friends who had never set foot in Trutnov — that second group is the one you are joining.

Split four ways, that is 123 CZK each.
Nothing to rent, nothing to return, no deposit and no extra fees.
Buying it for someone else? A voucher carries no date. They enter the code at checkout and pick the day that suits them.
Coming in numbers? Several teams can set off at the same time and compare scores at the finish. Write to us with how many of you there are and when you are coming, and we will sort out the timing and how you get the codes.
Nothing here yet.
Reviews go here once the first independent test teams have played the finished game. We are not going to invent them.
No. The game is in English from start to finish — stories, tasks and hints. What you read in the street is sometimes Czech or Latin, and where that matters the game hands you the tools to read it, including a Latin translator.
Trutnov is the town at the foot of the Krkonoše, the Giant Mountains, on the road between the mountains and Hradec Králové. The whole game stays in the historic centre and takes about 2.5 km on foot. Once you enter your code, the game tells you where the first stop is.
One to four phones, and as many people walking along as you like. One phone is one player; anyone without a phone, usually younger children, solves together with someone else. Playing alone works too — you simply carry every role yourself.
When your team presses Start, not when you pay. Two hours is what the route usually takes, not a cut-off: if you run over, nobody shuts the game down on you.
Today is fine. Pay, get the code within a minute, and walk. If you would rather plan, pick another day at checkout.
While there is daylight. The ciphers are on façades and in the pavement, and after dark you simply cannot read them, torch or no torch. Start with roughly two hours of light ahead of you.
You play in any weather — the ciphers are on buildings and read fine with an umbrella in your hand. If it is genuinely impossible, a gale or black ice, write to us and we will move your day.
Neither. The game runs in your phone's browser and written directions guide you between stops. We never track your location — you confirm your arrival yourself. It runs on trust.
Every cipher has three hints. The first unlocks after one minute, the second after three, the third after five and it gives you the answer outright. They cost points, but they always get you moving.
You set off together and finish together, but each player types their own answer on their own phone. Talking it through out loud is the whole point — that is why you came as a group.
The code lands in your inbox within a minute of paying, so it is a few minutes from deciding to standing at the first stop. Just watch the light: once it is dark, the façades stop talking.
